This is an open-top hopper with a steel stub sill underframe, steel outside stakes welded to the sides, single hopper with a pair of mechanically operated steel doors and designed for 220,000 lbs. gross rail load with AAR Plate B clearance. The railcar may be bottom dumped or individually rotary dumped.
